Rules for Accessing Facilities
Building
Access:
Access
to the building will be available 15 minutes before event time,
however, the facility MOD will not allow access into the gym until
the scheduled time.
If
the building is not open or the game officials/scorekeepers are not
present at the scheduled game time, please call the league
commissioner at (571) 494-1821. You can also contact the league scheduler at (703) 957-8405.
Weather:
Winter weather and PWCS notoriously do not mesh well during some winter days. A simple rule to remember ‘if schools are closed there will be no EPWBA events scheduled for that day’. Schools closed on Friday due to weather does not mean facilities will be closed for the weekend. Please monitor emails and all social media outlets for up-to-date information on event changes. Monitor the following:
- If PWCS are closed, all facilities are closed; scheduled events for that day will be rescheduled
- Monitor your email, text messages (if you have selected text messaging through Team Sideline), the EPWBA main page, or EPWBA social media sites (IG, Twitter, FB)
- Weekend facility access will be announced separately for each day based on the weather
