Picture Day 2026

• Will take place Saturday, February 7th, 2026 at Beville Middle School
• Pictures ordered online must have a completed transaction for each child (even siblings). An order number will be generated for each child and that order number must be on the form when handed to the photographer. EVERY CHILD NEEDS A SEPARATE ORDER NUMBER
• Picture Day is "scheduled" for Instructional League , Prep Boys, and Prep Girls (see schedule below).  HOWEVER, any player within the League can get a picture taken. To do so, you must contact me directly at epwba.commissioner@gmail.com to schedule an individual session.  If a team wants to take a group photo, the coach or designated parent must contact me to schedule a time.
• All Head Coaches will receive a complimentary team photo.
• All photo packages will be delivered to the League Commissioner and distributed to the coaches. This will cut down on cost for the packages.

Arrival Instructions

1. One parent/guardian with the player(s) will enter Beville MS using the primary entrance (Door #3).
2. Please proceed to the cafeteria to check in, which is straight down the hallway and on the left. Players must be dressed in the AWAY uniforms to take their photos. Head Coach must be in League Coach shirt
3. Order form must be completed prior to meeting with the photographer. Make sure the order number is written in the designated area on the form. Hand the form to your player; who will hand the form to the photographer. All players take individual photos first, then the team photo. PLEASE BE ON TIME (or early). The schedule has built in travel time for those teams who have games at other locations
   
4. Once checked in, parents will be asked to wait down the hallway by the entrance to the gym

Instructions to Order Online:

Note: Orders should be placed prior to or on picture day. Orders that are placed after picture day will incur additional processing fees.

1. Go to: olsonphotography.com
2. Click on the "Online Ordering" tab at the top of the screen
3. If you don't have an account, then you would need to click on "Create Account" link to set up an account. Follow the directions on the screen to complete that process
   1. If you do have an account, login with your credentials
4. On the next screen select "place an order BEFORE picture day" and click the Continue button
5. Complete the form and the rest of the screen prompt. Access Code is: XRBLA
   1. The order number that is generated when an order is placed must be given to the photographer. All online purchases must have an Order Number. Parents will receive an email and a text with the order number (this will also be written on a slip at the photo shoot)
   2. Each child must have a different order number. Parents ordering for multiple children must complete the checkout process for one child before starting an order for another child.

Note: All orders must be placed online on the Olson Photography website. Check and cash payments will no longer be accepted.
